The Miele family has been working Passionately for more than 30 years in this sector.
Pietro Miele, Chef, and his wife Annamaria Merucci, professional sommelier,
decided to purchase the magnificent and historic “Villa Euchelia” estate in 1995.
Pietro and Annamaria were a young couple, ambitious and in love
who, along with the Merucci family, had already been working
in the hospitality profession for years.
United by a strong passion for tradition, culinary culture and a fascination for the splendour of nature, they undertook this ambitious adventure with a strong environmentalist spirit.
In 1996 they opened the doors of the Restaurant which would,
thanks to Pietro’s simple but exquisite creations and Annamaria’s constant contribution,
receive the approval of connoisseurs and prestigious culinary guides.
In 2010 they managed to make another dream come true:
with seven beautiful rooms in soft and relaxing colours.
In 2012 their daughter Nicoletta joined the team as reception manager.
